The Journal of Exercise Science & Physiotherapy published by Exercise Fitness & Healtth Alliance strongly advocates free, open, public, online: (i) access by person or machine to the publicly-funded archival scientific and technical research literature; and (ii) computational reuse, integration, and distillation of that literature into higher-order knowledge elements.

Publication Ethics and Publication Malpractice Statement
The Journal of Exercise Science and Physiotherapy (JESP) is committed to the academic community and therefore seeks to publish original work in the best possible form and to the highest possible standards.
Articles submitted for publication are double-blind peer-reviewed. That is mean: Reviewers and authors are not aware of the identity of each other. There are at least two or more reviewers for the each article in each issue.
It is necessary to agree upon standards of expected ethical behavior for all parties involved in the act of publishing (authors, editors, peer reviewers, publisher). The JESP ethic statements are based on the guidelines and standards developed and published by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE). All documents are available free of charge on COPE website (https://www.efha.in/archive/).
Editors
The JESP editor is responsible for deciding which of the articles submitted to the journal should be published.
The JESP editor will accept and get the manuscripts evaluated for their intellectual content regardless of race, gender, nationality, ethics origin, political philosophy, religious belief or sexual orientation of the authors.
Editors must not disclose any information about a submitted manuscript to anyone other than stakeholders.
Unpublished manuscripts or materials must not be used in an editors own research.
All submitted manuscripts will be considered for publication free of charge but authors will be charged for printing @ Rs. 400/ per printed page in the journal.
Authors
Anti-Plagiarism Policy
Journal of Exercise Science & Physiotherapy (JESP) regards plagiarism as a very serious offence. It is an illegal form of copying. ** Plagiarism is defined as the unacknowledged use of the work of others. *Examples of plagiarism:
** Copying and pasting from the Internet and posting somewhere else without proper citation
* Putting your name on another persons essay or project
* Copying exact wording from another persons text *Using another persons photo, diagram, tables, sounds, or ideas without proper citation * Presenting research in your own words without providing references * Purchasing another persons text and using it as your own * Presenting ideas in the same format and order as your research source
By submitting paper for publication to the journal, Author(s) certify that : I/We are fully aware that plagiarism is wrong *I/We know that plagiarism is the use of another persons idea or published work and to pretend that it is ones own. * I/ We declare that each contribution to the project from the work(s) of other peoples published works or unpublished sources have been acknowledged and source of information have been referenced. * I/We certify that you are solely responsible for any incomplete reference that may remain in my/our work. **Anti-plagiarism declaration:** I have read and understood the JESP rules on plagiarism. I hereby declare that this piece of written work is the result of my own independent scholarly work, and that in all cases material from the work of others (in books, articles, essays, dissertations, and on the internet) is acknowledged, and quotations and paraphrases are clearly indicated. No material other than that listed has been used. This written work has not previously not yet been published.
Authors attest that paper is their own, original and unpublished work.
Authors guarantee that the manuscript it has not been copied or plagiarised (in whole or in part); a paper should contain sufficient detail and references to permit others to replicate the work; any used information resources (phrases, data, images, …) must be appropriately cited or quoted.
Authorship should be limited to those who have made a significant contribution to the manuscript content. All those who made significant contribution should be listed as co-authors
Affiliation (all authors/co-authors) and corresponding address (main author) must be clearly stated.
When an authors discovers a significant error or inaccuracy in own published work, it is the author’s obligation to promptly notify the Publisher and cooperate with the editor to retract or correct the paper.
Reviewers
Any manuscripts received for review must be treated as confidential documents.
Privileged information/ideas obtained by reviewers through peer review process must be kept confidential and not used for personal advantage.
Personal criticism of the author is inappropriate, review should be conducted objectively.
All suggestions and comments should be followed with supporting arguments.

For the uniqueness and the originality of scientific articles authors are responsible. However, the editors seek to prevent the spread of plagiarism in the scientific sphere.
